We don't have one. At this point, nearly every other lender and broker on the
Internet would present you with a fancy online form to complete and
submit. Don't get us wrong - we like technology, but just call
us old-fashioned when it comes to protecting our Client's interests.
With the potential for identity theft on the Internet, and even
with proper Internet security procedures and technology in place, we
prefer to err on the side of protecting our Client's privacy. After all, once you
fill-in and submit an online form, do you really know where your
information is going, or where it may end up, or to whom it is sold?
So, How Do I Begin?
It's a simple, straight-forward, 3-step process:

PRINT out our
2-page Interview Questionnaire. The
instructions are included on the worksheet.

COMPLETE the
worksheet as best you can. Don't worry if there are some
questions you can't answer or are unclear about - we'll take care of that during our
interview.

and speak with one of our mortgage consultants, who will
complete all of the necessary loan application forms for you,
should you decide to allow us to work for you.
